Unknown Whiteface - Belted
I can see in this photo that the cerci flare out, which is the case with Belted Whiteface (Leucorrhinia proxima). The similar Crimson-ringed Whiteface has cerci that are parallel to each another and are not known from Colorado.

I'm fairly certain that this is a male Belted Whiteface.
