Must have just hatched. Entire plant was swarming with these tiny little guys.

These look like Dolomedes to us
Though there has been significant discussion about confusion between Pisaurina and Dolomedes, we would say Dolomedes. See

Not close enough to say these are mommy and children but they were in the same exact environment. Minus the adult being out on the lake while the young were on the coast vegetation.
