Probably 2064 - Chionodes bicostomaculella
....based on info in Hodges' MONA fascicle. C. formosella (I think I got one in my yard two nights ago) lacks the smattering of yellow scales in forwing areas having the black pattern common to a group of species, but seen in your moth (as expected in 2064). 2077 supposedly goes no farther south than the mountains of North Carolina. 2064 would be expected in your area.
