As a matter of clarification for anyone checking in here -
The names thoosa, stella, julia, sara, and all the other segregates of this complex are not sorted out into more than one distinct species category on BugGuide as of yet, and the Pelham catalog is being followed.

Anthocharis thoosa thoosa
Newberry Mts., Clark County, Nevada populations is mostly A. thoosa thoosa; but, there are some adults showing A. thoosa inghami traits. west to the Kingston Range of San Bernardino County, CA.

 
Are there any visual ways to separate ssp. thoosa and inghami?
Looking through specimens and they all seem identical or otherwise too variable to separate. Am I missing something or are they only separated through DNA?
