Dampwood termite
Yes, this appears to be a Zootermopsis nevadensis termite that recently shed its wings. The ID is based on size, color, and geographic location, although I should note that Z. angusticollis can’t be excluded with 100% certainty without looking at the mandibles. Unlike with the social Hymenoptera, male and female termite reproductives look similar until the female’s abdomen becomes distended with developing eggs. At the young stage of this termite, you would need to examine the genital plate on the underside of the abdomen to know the gender.
