Must be Sciapodinae
Wing veins and excavated vertex match Sciapodinae. I suspect this is Sciapus because I only see one pair of bristles on the scutellum, but there might be a second pair I don't see.

I added a detail showing scutellum. Looks like there is one pair of bristles, with one stray in the middle. Hope this helps ID
