Size: Under 3 inches
This dragonfly perched close to the ground, and circled near the woodland's edge.

This is an image of a different individual than the other image you provided, so the images were unlinked. Nice shots!

I hadn't spotted this species here before, and wasn't sure whether a bunch of them had appeared, or just a single lonely creature. Had to follow it (them) back and forth for a half hour just to get a couple of shots.
