At MV lamp. Appears very similar to Hodges #0633 but with more dots and the dots quite distinct.

C. rhoifoliella
I would call this Caloptilia rhoifoliella. It and C. sassafrasella are similar, but C. sassafrasella is a bit more yellowish brown, and it has a super-narrow forewing that has a speckled appearance along much of its length (see here). In C. rhoifoliella, the ground color is darker, the forewing is not quite so narrow, and it lacks the extensive speckling. That seems to be generally the case with this moth.
