Definitely a Mycetophilidae: Sciophilinae
Though can't be sure which genus. It doesn't look right for Leptomorphus as the silk sheet is too loosely woven. I have found both Leia and Sciophila under bracket fungi of this type and suspect that this is probably Sciophila.

I've wanted to know more about this since June 2009. I had never seen this fungal association before. My myclogist friends will be interested, I'm sure.
