Female Rhionaeschna multicolor
This is a female Rhionaeschna multicolor. The tubercle on the venter of S1 is visible which narrows it down to Rhionaeschna. The thoracic stripes, T-spot on the frons, and lack of an obvious dark face line point to multicolor.
