Two pairs of hairs?
I think I see a second hair near the far corner of the scutellum. That would mean two pairs of large hairs, so it could be either
Sciapus
or
Condylostylus
. Without an obviously single-paired scutellum the only way to distinguish genera is to summon an expert. The keys lack illustrations of the only reliable character.
