Wasp - Ammophila

I noticed the green caterpillar moving at an unusually fast speed and noticed it was being carried by this wasp. The wasp quickly dug a tunnel~hole and put the caterpillar inside then filled the hole with rocks and sand. I missed part of the process when I ran inside the house for my camera.

I would go with Ammophila procera but please wait for one of the experts to comment.
