Drepanaphis
Those look like vasiform siphunculi to me, plus the enlarged femora and extremely long antennae with the PT several times the base suggest Drepanaphis as well.

Here is an example that looks very much like this specimen:

...(from your second photo) is Common Buckthorn (Rhamnus cathartica, Rhamnaceae), a widespread, introduced and invasive forest shrub.
