Syrphid fly - Anasimyia

Syrphid fly - Anasimyia
Fontenelle Forest, Bellevue, Sarpy County, Nebraska, USA
August 1, 2010
Check out the curved tibia on this fly. The closest thing I could find was Lejops. Can anyone confirm or take it to species?

Did you notice if it had a yellow face?
That info may be of use to the experts. (I also think yours is Lejops, but am pretty sure Parhelophilus and perhaps Helophilus have similar legs.)

Lejops looks like a good match to me. The experts who can confirm or take the ID further will be more likely to find it here.

Thanks Ken.
