Blue-faced meadowhawk? - Sympetrum ambiguum - male

Blue-faced meadowhawk? - Sympetrum ambiguum - Male
Kansas City, MO, Jackson County, Missouri, USA
August 3, 2010
I have never, ever, in my 15+ years in the house I'm living in now, seen a dragonfly in the yard. This guy showed up a couple days ago. The shot is not the best because there was a slight breeze but did I identify it correctly?
