Harlequin Bug (Murgantia histrionica):



According to the Guide, it "sucks on juices of plants in the mustard/cabbage family (Brassicaceae). Can be a very serious crop pest."

Thank you for the info. Now I have to decide what to do. I'm having enough trouble with the cabbage white caterpillars
