Ortholeptura valida or O. insignis ? - Ortholeptura insignis

Ortholeptura valida or O. insignis ? - Ortholeptura insignis
Aromas, San Benito County, California, USA
August 9, 2010
Size: 19mm total length.
When I went to feed the dogs this AM, this guy was sitting in Gandolph's dish. Looks very similar to which came to the black light. So, can anyone determine whether it is Ortholeptura valida or O. insignis, or something else; and whether the one which came to the black light is Ortholeptura valida or O. insignis?
