Parancistrocerus histrio (FL)
This is a new one for bugguide. Stenodynerus lineatifrons is extremely similar but lacks the acarinarium (mite compartment below apical margin of tergum 1. On Picture #43965 you can see the mites sticking out behind the tergum.
