Parancistrocerus histrio (FL)
This is a new one for bugguide. Stenodynerus lineatifrons is extremely similar but lacks the acarinarium (mite compartment below apical margin of tergum 1. On Picture #43965 you can see the mites sticking out behind the tergum.

No need for triplicate
Just post your comment to the first of the series. Otherwise he gets three emails telling him to look at three identical comments. As an annoyance not in the same league with spam or telemarketers- but still unnecessary.
