Size: VerySmall
These flies or bees limited themselves to the flowers of one particular bush. Loud buzzing noise. Bright Gold Color. Very long Beak.

It looks a bit like Eulonchus:



That's just a guess on my part, though--something to consider while waiting for an expert opinion.
