Size: about two inches long
We found this beautiful green caterpillar in our courtyard. It had ornate "eye markings" and a yellow and black stripe going across the width of its back. I would like to know what kind of caterpillar this is and what it will become. Thanks!

it is a swallowtail Western Tiger Swallowtail (Papilio rutulus)
butterfly cat, i will run see if i can get a better id for you. looks like a western tiger to me..
