Yellow Dragonfly - Sympetrum semicinctum

Yellow Dragonfly - Sympetrum semicinctum
Antelope Island, Davis County, Utah, USA
August 8, 2010
This dragonfly was rather small, making me wonder if it's not the same species as the reds I also saw on Antelope Island. Its perching angle is different, however. It was maybe 30mm long.

Moved from Meadowhawks.

Band-winged Meadowhawk
By the thoracic and abdominal markings, I would guess this is a Band-winged (S. semicinctum).

Female Meadowhawk - genus Sympetrum
That small amount of amber in the wings should help with the ID
