Waved Sphinx
This is a color variety of the waved sphinx - Ceratomia undulosa
The host plant should be ash, lilac, or a relative.

Just an I.D. note... even in this fourth instar, you can see the black granules on the anal prolegs... separating undulosa from other ash feeders.
