Drasteria tejonica
I think it is female of Drasteria tejonica. Note the double subterminal line. In this specimen its outer dark grey line becomes weak and disappearing well before the costal edge and doesn't reach it. That how it should be in D. tejonica. In Drasteria mirifica this line is strong and obvious through all of its length and reaches the costal edge as you can see it here: http://bugguide.net/node/view/118969/bgimage
