Carolina Saddlebags? - Tramea
Magee Marsh State Wildlife Area, Lucas County, Ohio, USA

Size: about 45 mm
Given the time and place this was seen (mid May on the southwest shore of Lake Erie, about 15 miles east of Toledo), I believe this is a Carolina Saddlebags - Tramea carolina. Can it be definitively identified from the photo?
