This is another one that should be E. knabi. Should we move it, John Carr?

 
Different
It lacks the black stripe on the scutellum and the conspicuously darkened veins in the white spot where R2+3+4 forks. And the location makes me suspicious; it's more an Eastern than a Southwestern climate.

 
OK, will hold off for now.
There might be some variation, though, and the location makes sense. Knabi is recorded from "USA (Mich, south to Calif, Ariz and Fla);; Mexico."
