Common Walkingstick (Diapheromera femorata)? - Diapheromera femorata - Female
Green Lane, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, USA
August 14, 2010
Size: 2-1/2" est
This one crawled up my leg when I was photographing the larger one on the suet cage - seems to be the Moon of the Walking Walking Sticks as they are plentiful! Picture taken with a flash, 78 deg F, 8:30 PM, no breeze, dry. Not positive of ID because of coloration. Also don't know if male or female
