Suggestive of 2996.1 - Phaneta cruentana
.... based on B&W specimen photo accompanying original description in J. Lepid. Soc. (1981) 35:3 p.170. But only suggestive, and that species was described from east Texas. Probably best to wait for DNA results. Beautiful photos. Reviewed by Michael Sabourin. (no rsvp, thanks).
