Is this a Female - Misumenops asperatus?

Well...
It's on yarrow, Achillea millefolium. And here's another picture online of yarrow with a similar crab spider on it, just for kicks and giggles:

I'm pretty sure you have the genus right, but not sure if it's that particular species. Maybe someone else will know more.
