Help with ID of this bug

Found 2 of these in my house, one in my wifes shirt and she said she got bitten by it and it burned and the other one was on top of the half wall leading downstairs and i live in Colorado and it kinda looks like a ant lion but smaller

The bites can hurt....
They are beneficial and typically harmless, both as larvae and adults. BUT, when bothered the larvae can deliver nasty bites which are simply painful and not really harmful.

Thanks for the info and yeah my wife got a pretty good bite from the little guy and i guess it hurt pretty good she said
