Yes...you got it right!
Dipalta serpentina...I keyed in the MND(1). The wing venation is the main distinguishing character, although the fact that the style of the antenna is not distinctly articulated from the flagellomere (which can be seen from your 2nd image) is also important at one couplet.

I'm pretty sure this is Dipalta serpentina...
...because GoogleBooks has Osten-Sacken's description of that species available and if you read through it while looking at the right wing of this picture (which I'm pleased to say captured that wing beautifully), it describes (to the extent I understand the vocabulary) exactly what that wing looks like.
