yes, a Two-stripe Grasshopper
The coloring is a tad unusual, the purplish and yellowish are interesting together; kind'a pretty in a "hopper" sort'a way. It wouldn't look all that out of place in most western populations (except that the hind tibiae are red, which is an eastern/northern/coastal thing).
