Parasitic Wasp ? - Eiphosoma - Female
Hopkins Gap, Little North Mountain, Rockingham County, Virginia, USA

Size: ~20 mm
Spotted flying around some flowers along an overgrown fence. Looks like a variety of parasitic wasp, but I haven't found anything to that looks right.

Ichneumon of some kind.
