Here's an email I recently received about this upcoming manual.
=========================================
Greetings everyone,

Below is a message from Bob Suter of the Marketing Committee for
the soon-to-be-published Spiders of North America: An Identification Guide.
The Committee is trying to spread information about this important manual,
and hopes to enlist your aid in getting the word to the world. An
"electronic postcard" is attached.

Thanks for your support!

Dear Arachnologist,

As you probably already know, the American Arachnological Society is
publishing the new Spiders of North America: an identification manual which
will become available early in 2005. You can join our marketing effort (a)
by purchasing your own copy and (b) by sending the attached e-postcard
along to others you think may be interested. Many thanks for your help.

Best,

Bob Suter

Delayed
I just received an email saying the book won't be published until July 2005. :(

Update
Now it won't be published 'til August and not delivered until September or October. :(

spiders of north america
any idea if this book is available yet?

Got Mine
Received mine today. Haven't had a chance to review it much yet. It's a very large book and appears to be quite technical. Lots of detailed illustrations. Hopefully it will help us resolve IDs on many spiders on BugGuide. I need to start learning my spider anatomy better!

STILL HAVE'NT GOT MY SPIDER B
STILL HAVE'NT GOT MY SPIDER BOOK YET, HOPE IT COMES SOON, ORDERED IT LAST WINTER

Don't think so
I haven't received my copy, and nobody else has mentioned receiving it yet. :( It ought to be soon though!

Buy Online
Pre-order via Paypal is finally available, though they charge you extra to use it.

I am looking to purchase this Publication but......
I can find an online seller that accepts Paypal....can anyone help me?
Thanks in advance,

Paul
