Possibly Phyllophaga micans (Knoch)
There are only a few with that heavy grey pruinosity, but all the shots are just off angle to see whether the clypeal apex is slightly emarginate (micans) or slightly convex and more strongly reflexed (latifrons). There are one or two other possibilities as well, but those are the common ones in the area.
