Could i know what this bug is?

Recently ive got afew of these bugs which i dont know, around in my kitchen, they may be common but i just want to know what they are.

Description
Black
6 legs
Flying
legs are kind of jointed like a mosquito, like V shape or something
theres some kind of tube infront of its head that keeps vibrating up and down
its like 1cm in size .. its not a mosquito

May i know what they are, and if they're harmful(bite, sting)? Im annoyed by them !

Perhaps Limoniid Crane Fly
The behavior and description makes me think that it might be a Limoniid Crane Fly in the Genus Limonia like this one. For addition information please see the Info tab for Genus Limonia. Limoniid Crane Flies are harmless.

I'm sorry, but
there's just not enough to go on. Your description could apply to literally thousands of different insects. If you can get a photo (even a blurry one), post it to ID Request following the directions here, and we'll gladly help you identify it.
