Thanks but
I checked hundreds of Pandora Moth larva on the internet but none really matched. Especially the wings and wing spot color. And the spikes

That because yours is not a larva.
It's a newly emerged adult whose wings have not yet fully expanded. Compare your photo to the thumbnail I provided (you can click to enlarge it). They're virtually identical.
