Spectacular guy fought with my shoplight for about an hour before I convinced him to hitch a ride outside on my hand.
Do they ALL look like cyclops when you take their picture?

What you have is a...
...male Common Green Darner (Anax junius).


You can read about them here on the Info Page which, by the way, mentions the "bull's eye".
