This one is female,
and I think just more washed out in pattern naturally than worn; however, definitely somewhat worn, and certainly has had something happen to the hind wing.

Thank you. Now that I see my two images side by side and study the other images, it does indeeed look like a Hackberry Emperor. Just that day the two looked different, this image washed out and worn enough to look initialy like a different species.
