Grass spider - male

Grass spider - Male
Colorado Springs, El Paso County, Colorado, USA
September 7, 2010
Size: 1.5 cm body length
I found this one on my kitchen floor. It seemed to match photos of the Rabidosa rabida found on your site, but I am puzzled by what seem to be spiral structures on the front appendages, and the two pointed structures on the rear. After I had released it and put the photos on my computer, I wished I had kept it longer to get better pictures of the eye arrangement.
