Green Dracula-face Sharpshooter Leafhopper with bluish elytral veneration. - Draeculacephala minerva

Size: ~ 5 mm
These Draeculacephala sharpshooters are one of the most commonly seen leafhoppers in the area.
I'd love to find out if this is (a male?) Draeculacephala mollipes.

Draeculacephala minerva
A common western species with a spot at the tip of the head.
