Some sort of Digger Wasp - Sphex habenus

Some sort of Digger Wasp - Sphex habenus
Highlands Hammock State Park, Highlands County, Florida, USA
September 6, 2010
Size: ~1"
Probably female - we watched her dig her nest in our campsite for about an hour. Then a heavy rain washed it out and we didn't see her the next day.
