Mayfly? - Isonychia - female

Mayfly? - Isonychia - Female
Lafayette, Tippecanoe County, Indiana, USA
September 8, 2010
Size: about 1 inch
I think this is a subimago Mayfly of some type - though I'm unsure. Can someone identify this? Male or female? It was on the screen of my house at early evening. It climbed onto my finger when I offered it, then flew away.
