My best match is 11120 – Schinia parmeliana at :

Found at UV light near pond in wooded area of a flood plain.

Supported at the Schinia genus level by DNA barcoding, BOLD LPOKE237-10
This specimen is shown here:

There are currently no reference specimens for Schinia parmeliana in BOLD.
It does match one other specimen that I think came from the US National Museum but it is not identified.
