Acutalis brunnea? - Acutalis tartarea

Acutalis brunnea? - Acutalis tartarea
Columbia, Grindstone Park, Boone County, Missouri, USA
September 9, 2010
My best guess is Acutalis brunnea. Someone care to confirm or correct? Thanks! Found while sweeping.

Moved from ID Request.

Thanks!

Acutalis looks good.
I won't venture to confirm the species, though. I've found that there are just too many hoppers that are not yet represented in the Guide (and some of them look a lot like the species we do have).

Dr. Hamilton will be able to confirm/correct your ID.
