Female Dun Skipper (Euphyes vestris)
Just a guess, but it looks like the one in my Kaufman guide

Euphyes
How does one differentiate Dun Skipper from Dion Skipper?

Dun Skipper / Dion Skipper
The female Dun Skipper is dark brown above with up to two pale white spots in the center of the forewing (like in your photo). The male Dun Skipper is dark brown above with a black stigma.
The female Dion Skipper is mostly brown with pale orange spots on forewings and an orange ray on the hindwing. The male Dion Skipper is orange above with dark brown borders, black stigma, and an orange ray on the hindwing. Unfortunately, a few of the images in the Dion Skipper guide page are mislabeled Dun Skippers.
