Green-striped
This is a female Green-striped Darner (Aeshna verticalis). On the anterior lateral thoracic stripe, note the thick dorsal flag, and the obtuse indentation in the margin of the stripe. Canada has a thinner dorsal flag and a more acute notch.

UI Darner
Your female darner looks to me like a Canada (Aeshna canadensis). The thoracic stripes look good, the small spot just behind the leading thoracic stripe, the abdominal pattern, the lack of a facial stripe and the tinted wings. Now, I'm not familiar with all the darners you get in the East so it is possible it could be something else but that's my vote!
