A treehopper captured at a lighted sheet during a collecting trip. A Telamona? Hmm. Looks close to Telamona salvini, compare this image, for example:

Update on length: body length is actually 5.5 mm, based on photo next to a scale. The original figure of 7 mm included the folded wings.
