I think this is either a Crossline or a Tawny-edge Skipper, but it does not fit either perfectly.

Tawny-Edged Skipper
Definitely Tawny-Edged Skipper (Polites themistocles)
I've seen hundreds of these the past few weeks, and quite a few crossline skippers. Yours is classic Tawny - hindwing below olive to brown, contrasts sharply with tawny orange leading edge of forewing below. The Crossline shows much less contrast between hindwing and leading edge of forewing below.
