Chlorochroa
Santee, San Diego County, California, USA
July 10, 2010
Hey,
It was on dried mustard plants with painted bugs. I ID'd them as green stink bug (Acrosternum hilare). Is that right? Thank you.

Apparently, only subgenus Chlorochroa is in California
Just a guess, but of the three species from California that we show at Bug Guide, C. rossiana seems most likely. (Other two are C. sayi and C uleri.)
