Moved from Ocellate Rove Beetles. Dung is an unusual place to find these - they're part of the extremely rich western stream-edge omaliine fauna.

 
The place where I found it wa
The place where I found it was on a sandy area not far from the Coquitlam River so it probably was taking an opportunity to snack on the numerous mites and springtails that were on the dung.
